Terms

Welcome to ARBIQUE, a cloud-based crypto trading platform. We offer ARBIQUE as a software solution ("Platform") through our websitehttps://arbique.com ("Website"). Our platform allows users to trade and invest in cryptocurrencies through an automated trading assist tool, which is fully configurable by the user.

By accessing or using our Platform and Website (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Definitions 1.1 ARBIQUE Account: The user account on the platform, accessible only via the user's login credentials. 1.2 Platform: ARBIQUE’s automated crypto trading system, enabling users to trade and invest through configurable strategies. 1.3 Subscription Term: The period of a user's active subscription. 1.4 User(s): Any individual or legal entity utilizing ARBIQUE's services.

  2. Registration & Personal Account 2.1 To access ARBIQUE's services, users must register on the website and create an Account. 2.2 During registration, users must provide their email address, and set a strong password. These details form the Login Credentials. 2.3 Users must not share their account details with third parties and are responsible for maintaining account security. 2.4 Users must ensure that all registration details provided are accurate and up-to-date. 2.5 ARBIQUE reserves the right to modify platform functionalities, deny account registration, or enforce additional security measures.

  3. Offers & Pricing 3.1 All pricing and offers on the website are subject to these Terms & Conditions. 3.2 Prices displayed exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. 3.3 ARBIQUE reserves the right to update pricing at any time, effective immediately. 3.4 Any obvious pricing errors or misquotations are non-binding and may be corrected at ARBIQUE's discretion.

  4. Subscription & Fuel Wallet 4.1 To access the full functionality of Arbique, users must maintain sufficient balance in their Fuel Wallet, which is used for profit-based commission deductions.

4.2 Arbique offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features, including trading limits, supported exchanges, and API access.

4.3 Users gain platform access upon successful registration and can start trading once their Fuel Wallet is funded.

4.4 There are no recurring subscription renewals. Instead, trading fees and commissions are deducted automatically from the user's Fuel Wallet based on executed trades.

4.5 Users must ensure their Fuel Wallet has sufficient balance to continue trading. If the balance is depleted, trading functionalities will be paused until funds are added.

4.6 No refunds are provided for funds added to the Fuel Wallet. Users are responsible for managing their balance.

4.7 Arbique reserves the right to introduce performance-based fees or modify the commission structure in the future.

  1. Payment Terms 5.1 Subscription fees are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually based on the selected plan. 5.2 Available payment method include cryptocurrency displayed on the website. 5.3 If a payment fails, ARBIQUE reserves the right to restrict access to the platform. 5.4 Cryptocurrency payments must be completed before the renewal date to maintain uninterrupted access.

  2. Refund Policy 6.1 No Refunds: Payments for ARBIQUE subscriptions are final and non-refundable. 6.2 Free Registration: Users can explore the platform without live tracking before purchasing a subscription. 6.3 Access Issues: Users must report access issues within five (5) business days for resolution. 6.4 Chargebacks & Disputes: In case of unauthorized claims, ARBIQUE reserves the right to reclaim disputed funds and take appropriate action.

  3. Fuel Wallet & Trading Continuity 7.1 Arbique does not have a subscription renewal or cancellation system. Instead, users must maintain a sufficient balance in their Fuel Wallet to continue trading.

7.2 If a user’s Fuel Wallet balance reaches zero, trading functionalities will be paused until additional funds are added.

7.3 Users can stop using the platform anytime by simply not funding their Fuel Wallet—no additional action is required.

7.4 Arbique reserves the right to modify its fee structure, which will be communicated in advance to all users.

  1. Fair Use Policy 8.1 Users must be at least 18 years old to use ARBIQUE. 8.2 Users must comply with all applicable laws regarding cryptocurrency trading. 8.3 Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

Unauthorized access to secure areas of the platform.

Use of automated tools for data scraping or hacking.

Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

8.4 ARBIQUE may restrict or terminate user access for violations of this policy.

  1. Privacy & Data Protection 9.1 ARBIQUE complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to protect user data. 9.2 Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed. Users can review it here: [Privacy Policy Link].

  2. Intellectual Property 10.1 ARBIQUE owns all intellectual property rights related to its platform, including trademarks, copyrights, and domain names. 10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform only for personal or business trading purposes.

  3. Service Availability & Disclaimer 11.1 ARBIQUE may perform maintenance or updates that could temporarily affect service availability. 11.2 The platform operates on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. 11.3 ARBIQUE is not responsible for trading outcomes, exchange failures, or technical disruptions.

  4. Risk Disclaimer 12.1 Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial financial risk and may result in a loss. Users must assess risks before trading. 12.2 ARBIQUE does not provide investment advice and is not liable for trading losses.

  5. Indemnification Users agree to indemnify ARBIQUE against claims arising from:

Unauthorized use of the platform.

Violation of terms or applicable laws.

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India. 14.2 Disputes shall be settled amicably or, if necessary, referred to the competent court of India.
