To add funds to your ArbiQue Fuel Wallet, click the "Deposit" button located on the Fuel Wallet tab of your page. Upon clicking this button, you will be securely redirected to our dedicated payment page to complete your transaction.
On the secure payment page, you will find a user-friendly interface to guide you through the deposit process.
Select Your Preferred Currency:
The first step is to select the cryptocurrency you would like to use for your payment. You will be presented with a list of supported currencies (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Choose your preferred currency from the available options.
Payment Details Displayed:
Once you have selected your currency, the secure payment page will display the necessary payment details for your transaction. This will typically include:
QR Code: A scannable QR code containing the recipient wallet address and the exact amount to be paid in your selected currency.
Wallet Address: The specific wallet address to which you need to send your payment. Ensure you copy this address accurately.
Amount and Currency: The precise amount you need to pay, clearly indicated along with the name of the selected cryptocurrency.
Important Payment Instructions:
Pay the Exact Amount: It is crucial that you send the exact amount of the selected cryptocurrency as displayed on the payment page. Payments that do not match the specified amount will not be processed correctly.
Consider Network and Currency: When making your payment, be mindful of any network transaction fees associated with your chosen cryptocurrency. These fees are separate from the amount you are sending to ArbiQue. Ensure your sending wallet accounts for these fees so that the exact specified amount reaches the provided wallet address.
Easy Payment with TrustWallet and MetaMask: For added convenience, the secure payment page may offer direct integration with popular cryptocurrency wallets like TrustWallet and MetaMask. If you have these wallets installed, you can connect them directly from the payment page for a faster and easier transaction. Follow the on-screen prompts to authorize the payment through your connected wallet.
Completing Your Payment:
Carefully review all the payment details on the secure page before initiating the transfer from your cryptocurrency wallet. Ensure the wallet address and the amount are correct. Once you have sent the exact amount in your chosen currency, the payment will be processed.
Confirmation:
After your payment is sent, you will be redirected back to the ArbiQue platform, where you can track the status of your deposit. Please allow a few minutes for the transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain. Once confirmed, the updated balance will be reflected in your Fuel Wallet.
The Fuel Wallet is used to cover the platform fees associated with successful trading activities on ArbiQue. Unlike traditional fee structures, ArbiQue only deducts from your Fuel Wallet when your trades result in a profit. This ensures that the platform's earnings are directly aligned with your success.
Deductions from your Fuel Wallet are triggered solely by profitable trades. When ArbiQue executes a trade that yields a profit, a small percentage of that profit will be automatically deducted from your Fuel Wallet. This means that if a trade does not generate any profit, no fuel will be consumed for that particular transaction.
The specific percentage of the profit that is deducted from your Fuel Wallet is determined by the ArbiQue subscription plan you are currently using. This percentage is referred to as the "Plan Fuel Percentage". You can find the exact fuel percentage associated with your chosen plan details on the ArbiQue website, typically on the pricing or plan management page, or within your account information.
To illustrate how this works, let's consider an example. Suppose your current ArbiQue Plan has a Fuel Percentage of 10%. If the platform executes a successful trade that results in a profit of 1 USDT, then 0.1 USDT (which is 10% of 1 USDT) will be automatically deducted from your Fuel Wallet.
To ensure that your automated trading strategies can continue to operate without any interruptions, it is essential to maintain a sufficient balance in your Fuel Wallet. If your Fuel Wallet balance drops too low, ArbiQue may temporarily pause your trading activities until you add more funds. Regularly monitoring your Fuel Wallet balance and replenishing it as needed will help you avoid any disruptions. You can check your current Fuel Wallet balance at any time on the "Fuel Wallet" tab of your "My Wallet" page on the ArbiQue dashboard.
In summary, the Fuel Wallet system on ArbiQue is designed to be fair and aligned with your profitability. You only incur fees when you are making profits, and the deductions are a percentage of those profits, as determined by your subscription plan. Keeping your Fuel Wallet funded is key to enjoying continuous automated trading.
Partial Payment: If you paid slightly less than the required amount, your payment may be recorded as a partial payment. In this case, you can make the remaining payment by navigating to the My Plan Management page on your dashboard (). On this page, you will see a button labeled "Pay Remaining {amount}", where "{amount}" will indicate the outstanding balance for your Fuel Wallet deposit. Click this button to complete the payment.
